What should I wear?

Since your sauna and suite are private, we recommend you wear what is comfortable. You can opt for swimwear, lightweight shorts, and a t-shirt and undress to your comfort level.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, each private suite is outfitted with towels. Once you finish your session, simply place the towels in the designated bin.

How long is the session?

Guests are welcome to sauna for up to 40 minutes. Spend a few minutes pre-session to change clothes, and a brief post-session to cool down with the SNO shower and with the cold eucalyptus towel.

Can everyone use an infrared sauna?

Infrared saunas are safe for most healthy adults, but we recommend consulting your doctor about personal health concerns. Learn more about contraindications here

How often should I use an infrared sauna for best results?

For most guests, 1-3 sessions per week support health and wellness goals. Listen to your body and adjust as needed. Learn more here
